The Cultural Initiatives Foundation „Plaster” together with the informal group „a million different loves!?” are looking for organizations, filmmakers and sponsors willing to cooperate in organizing the second Queer Film Festival „a million different loves!?”, which will take place in Lodz, Poland, on 5-9 November 2008 and then in other Polish cities and towns as “on tour”. The Lodz part of the project includes a five-day review of the latest relevant cinematographic works focusing on a subject of exuality, the body and identity, as well as a range of other events, such as concerts and DJ sets, art exhibitions, discussion panels, workshops for youth, which promote the idea of tolerance. From our experience with the previous edition, we can guarantee a wide media coverage (e. g. exposure in nationwide newspapers, Internet portals, local TV and radio) and a lively public reception among people from Poland and abroad interested in queer ideas. However, to achieve our goal we seek sponsors for our festival. We would also appreciate support from organizations and filmmakers with an appropriate profile.
